Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was a delightful surprise! The rooms were top-notch, offering a blackout feature that was a blessing after a long drive. The service was exceptional, with a staff that went above and beyond to assist. The location was peaceful, a bit further from the town but worth it for the tranquility. The dining experience was memorable, offering a hidden gem in the highlands. Overall, a stay that exceeded expectations.
The hotel was a lovely surprise at very short notice. The rooms were wonderful with a nice big bed and great shower, although they didn't have a terrace as shown in the photos. The service was exceptional, especially considering we were involved in my daughter's wedding. The location, while needing taxis for visits to Inverness, was well within walking and driving distance and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The self-service dining was very nice, and the facilities were great, all in all, a brilliant hotel.
The hotel provided a very comfortable stay with a King size bed and modern furniture. It was disabled-friendly and exceptionally clean, offering all necessary facilities. The location, although a bit far from downtown without car access, was peaceful and relaxing with ample parking, making it great for travelers interested in exploring Inverness. The friendly and accommodating service, especially from Jessica and James at The Lochardil, made our stay delightful. The dining experience was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices for both dinner and breakfast, including fresh cheese bread. Overall, a great value for money with top-notch service and amenities.
The hotel has both its bright side and areas to improve. The rooms felt like a dog kennel, but they were filled with light and had attentive staff. The service was outstanding despite some minor hiccups. The location offers peace and quiet with a lovely view, perfect for a morning coffee. The dining experience was rich and delicious, even without breakfast included. Overall, a mix of good and not so great experiences.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were great - spacious, comfortable, and offered a nice view of the gardens, although the modern look didn't quite fit the hotel's theme perfectly. The service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly and efficient, even waiting for me due to a delayed flight. The hotel's location was good with plenty of parking available, though having to venture into town for a meal after a long journey was a bit of a letdown. The dining experience was excellent, with a variety of options and lovely grounds to enjoy. The hotel's facilities were also very good.
